What we look for in a distribution partner
- •Drug license — a valid pharmaceutical / wholesale drug license in the buyer's jurisdiction (State FDA equivalent for India, MHRA for UK, FDA registration for US, etc.)
- •Import authorisation — IEC equivalent / importer-of-record registration in the destination country
- •Active customer base — established trade in generic APIs, finished dosage forms, or clinical trial materials
- •Volume commitment — minimum annual volume varies by tier; full schedule negotiated at contract stage
- •Compliant trade documentation — track record of end-user classification, regulatory record-keeping, and customs compliance
