SPK Pharma India ships to licensed distributors, registered manufacturers, hospital procurement, and institutional buyers globally. All shipments are IEC-cleared, customs documentation is pre-prepared, and transit is tracked end-to-end.

Cold chain & packaging
API lots, finished dosage forms, and temperature-sensitive products are shipped in validated temperature-controlled packaging. Transit is monitored with data loggers that record temperature conditions throughout shipment, giving you full visibility from dispatch to delivery.
Standard transit conditions: ambient (15-25°C) for most APIs and finished dosage forms in validated packaging. Cold pack (2-8°C) and dry ice (-20°C) options are available for temperature-sensitive shipments — discuss with the trade desk at quote stage.
For shipments requiring controlled-room-temperature or cold-chain monitoring, we provide a complete data-logger trace on delivery, suitable for your own QA / regulatory file.
Customs & export documentation
Every export shipment is prepared with the standard documentation set required for international pharmaceutical trade. SPK Pharma India holds an Import Export Code (IEC) issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) and is a member of Pharmexcil (Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India) — RCMC in application. Certificate of Origin for preferential-tariff destinations is issued via Pharmexcil.

- •Certificate of Origin (Pharmexcil) — for preferential-tariff destinations, issued by Pharmexcil with RCMC reference
- •Certificate of Analysis (COA) — lot-matched, identity / purity / contamination per pharmacopoeial method
- •MSDS / SDS — Material Safety Data Sheet per product
- •Drug license copy — SPK State FDA license copy (in application) attached on request
- •IEC copy — DGFT-issued Import Export Code copy attached on request
- •Cold-chain data logger trace — for temperature-sensitive shipments, full transit temperature record
